Digital Product Passport Demonstration Program Website Use and Information Disclaimer

Welcome to the Ministry of Environment's Digital Product Passport website (the "Website"). To protect your rights and interests, please read the following before accessing or using information on the Website.

1. Purpose of the Website

The Website provides access to Digital Product Passport information and showcases the results of the pilot program. It helps users understand product material composition, repair and maintenance, recycling and reuse, and other information related to resource circulation.

All product information and related data disclosed on the Website are provided, submitted, maintained, and updated by participating companies or their authorized personnel. Each company is responsible for ensuring that the information it provides is accurate and lawful, and for the information itself and any accompanying explanations. If any information is inaccurate, incomplete, or in need of updating, the company that provided it is responsible for verifying, correcting, or supplementing it.

During the pilot program, some information may consist of estimates or interim data. The nature and applicability of such information are subject to the explanations provided by the relevant company.

For information concerning third-party verification, testing, certification, or labels, and for any related supporting documentation, the company must confirm the content, scope of application, and validity.

Information disclosed on the Website is provided for informational and reference purposes only. Users with questions should contact the relevant product provider or the company that supplied the information.

3. No Government Certification or Endorsement

The disclosure of information on the Website does not mean that the Ministry of Environment or its Resource Circulation Administration has reviewed, certified, recommended, or guaranteed the information or the relevant products. Nor does it mean that those products comply with domestic or foreign legal requirements.
